I would like to set up an eSignature on a form. When I try to open the Formesign add on in a Google Form I get the following error message:
Exception: Service error: Drive
I cannot do anything to set up an eSignature. Please help
Hi Nicholas, If you have added your google form in the shared drive folder, then you will not be able to use the Google Workspace addons. Please move the form to your Google Drive folder and then customize the form using the Formesign addon to add signatures in your form. It will work. Please try this and confirm.
