I’m currently using the on-hold fund option on my google forms and which is great, however, in order to collect funds, I can only do it through desktop but not available to through Neartale app. Is this a bug or collecting funds can only be done through pc?
Currently we do not have the option to collect on-hold payments using the Neartale mobile app. We plan to support this option in the coming releases. In the meantime, you can login to Neartail on mobile and desktop > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, click on an order to view the details > click Collect to collect on-hold payments.
