"Quantity" of items is no longer visible on items with multiple variant when previewing my form or when a user attempts to use the live form. Specifically: Display: Dell Pro P Series monitor and Display: Dell Pro E Series monitor.
Hi Erica, when you add products with variants, you can either allow users to choose only one or multiple variants and set the default order quantity to 1 or allow users to select the preferred quantity from the predefined quantity options.
Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the product > Product settings page will be displayed > enter 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc as the quantity options and click Save. Please try this and confirm.
