Hi Michele, you can customize your google form using the Formfacade addon and then use the Formfacade share link or the embed code to collect responses from your users. When a user submits the form, the responses are recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. Note: - Once you have customized a form, you can directly login to Formfacade and access the form from the dashboard. - You cannot move the google form to the shared drive. If you have added your form in the shared drive folder, then you will not be able to use the Google Workspace addon.
