You will not be able to use the Formesign addon to add signatures and sync signed documents to drive. - You can customize your google form using Formesign addon to add signatures. Please note that you must use the Formesign share link to collect responses. If you are facing issues with your form, please share the Formesign link for your form along with screenshot of any error messages. - If you have logged in with multiple google accounts, sometimes you might face issues with using Google Workspace addons. Open an incognito window, login with your google account and then customize your form using the Formesign addon.
