Hello! I'm wondering if the site name and/or my google profile icon can be removed from the bottom of my form. I really don't want either here though I would like to keep the footer text if possible.
Hi Amanda, By default, your profile picture along with the name from your account will be displayed in the footer. You can customize the header, footer, theme for your account.
Login to Formfacade. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. Click Preview. In the Preview page, the theme settings page will be displayed in the right pane. Click Page. Enter the required text in the Title (header), Footer option (replaces "This site belongs to...") and click Save. You can upload your logo (square image 1:1 aspect ratio) to replace the default profile picture. Please note that the theme settings are common for all the forms you create in your account.
