You can use the CHARGE function to calculate the delivery fee based on the answer selected for the Collection question. Please follow the instructions below. In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Delivery Fee question > Field settings page will be displayed > click Answer > delete the existing formula and add the below CHARGE formula in the Calculate option and click Save. CHARGE(Collection, 5, 0 ) 5 is the fee for the first answer choice (Delivered), 0 is the fee for the second answer choice (Pickup). Please note that you must type @ and select the Collection field from the list when adding the formula in the Calculate option. Please try this and confirm.

Currently we do not have the option to add conditional questions. You can only add a question that can be marked as optional or required. The workaround is to add an optional paragraph question (textarea widget) for Delivery address and add a hint in the description that informs the user that they must enter their address for delivery.

Enable inventory You can enable the inventory option for a product and enter the available stock. Neartail automatically keeps track of the product orders and updates the available stock. When the stock becomes zero, the product is marked as sold out. For details, refer to this help article.  https://neartail.com/order-form/add-products-with-limited-stock.html Manually mark the product as sold out Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the product > Product settings page will be displayed > click Advanced > click Enable inventory > enter the available stock as zero and click Save. ThIs product will be marked as sold out and the users will not be able to place an order for this product. Hide product Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the product > Product settings page will be displayed > click Advanced > click Hide and click Save. If you hide a product, users will not be able to view the product or place an order for this product. This option is useful for seasonal products that are available only for specific periods of time.
