You can use one of the two options below. Neartail Orders Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, click on the order to view the details > In the payment section, the stripe transaction id will be displayed > click on this link to open the transaction in the Stripe dashboard > click on the refund option in the top right corner > enter the amount, select a reason and click Refund. Stripe Dashboard Login to Stripe > click Payments > list of transactions will be displayed > click on the transaction to view the details > click on the refund option in the top right corner > enter the amount, select a reason and click Refund.
