Hello! I am wondering if there is a way where we can add a user name instead of a Google sign in instead of some sort? I have employess who access forfacade for work purposes and sometimes they do not get access at hand due to them being in locations outside of the Us. Is there a more efficient way around this where we can have an easier access in logging in?
Hi Michael, Formfacade uses Google signin. We do not have the option to create a username/password for login.
What is the issue you are facing with login? You should be able to login to your account from anywhere anytime. If you are trying to signin from a new location, it might ask for a verification. You can enable 2 factor authentication with backup codes when you are travelling. For details, refer to the help articles below.
