Hi Jake, You have subscribed to the Customize UI Basic plan. It does not have the option to download all the files at once. You will have to click on the link to access the file and download it one at a time. If your primary requirement is to collect files, you can subscribe to the file upload plan 10gb, 100gb or 1tb and use our Petaform addon. You can increase the max file size to upto 1gb per file (depends on the plan), the number of files per file upload question, restrict file types, embed form, enable unlisted links to automate using Apps script or Zapier and use our Petaform addon to sync the uploaded files to your google drive.
