Hi Guillermo, The subscription is linked with the email account used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only that account can be used to customize the form and collect responses. You can add collaborators to provide access to your team, but please note that the collaborators will have to subscribe to the paid plan using their email account to continue using if after the trial ends

Hi Guillermo, You cannot move the responses from Abandoned to Trash or any custom status. You can either choose to hide the Abandoned status or enable strict privacy to delete responses in Abandoned & Trash status. Strict Privacy Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > In the Responses page, click on the three dots next to the Abandoned or Trash status > You can enable or disable the privacy settings. When enabled, the responses in Abandoned and Trash status will be automatically deleted after 7 days. Please note that the Abandoned status will be hidden when the Privacy option is enabled.
