Hi Lisette, you can enable inventory option for products with limited stock. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page (new editor), click on the product to select it > click on the gear icon for this product > Product settings page will be displayed > click Advanced > enable inventory option, enter the available stock and click Save. Repeat the steps to set up the inventory for all the relevant products. Neartail automatically keeps track of the product orders and updates the available stock. When the stock becomes zero, the product is marked as sold out. Please note that inventory feature is not supported if you have delete the default quantity/weight options for a product to enable the +- spinner widget.
