Hi Delisha, Formfacade, like Google Forms, does not support tables. The workaround is to duplicate sections with fields if you would like to collect multiple entries of the same type.

Hi Delisha, If you prefer to use only tables, Formfacade may not be the best fit for your needs. I've added this to the feature request list, and if enough users request this option, we might consider supporting it in the future.
