Each year, the Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence holds an Annual Memorial Service. The goal of the Memorial Service is to honor those whose lives were lost to intimate partner violence the previous year and to raise awareness of the terrible toll domestic violence takes on our communities. Additionally, we will pay tribute to all the friends and families who are left behind because of these deaths.

The purpose of this form is to gather information about those who lost their lives in 2024 due to intimate partner violence and whom we hope to honor at the memorial service. We rely on the loved ones of the victim(s) to help us honor them in the most respectful and dignified way.
