As a Client of HHCSS, LLC, you have the right to:

Receive quality, respectful, and non-judgmental professional services.
Be protected from harm and be from all abuse, including but not limited to mental, physical, emotional and sexual. Allegations of any type of abuse should be reported to the agency immediately. Notification to law enforcement will be made, after agency investigation of allegation.
Participate in the development and periodic review of your treatment plan,
Receive treatment as stated in your individual plan,
Be told in appropriate terms and language of:
- The contents and objectives or your rehabilitation plan
- The nature and significant possible effects of treatment or rehabilitation
- The name, title, and role of staff members who are directly involved in your treatment, and when appropriate the names of other treatment, services, or providers of mental health services.

Have access to your treatment record. Information in your chart can be obtained with a written permission request.
Prior to admission, an explanation in terms and language that you can understand of the admission and discharge policies.
To have a list of your rights readily available by agency staff.
An aftercare plan.
File a grievance if you are not satisfied with the treatment you receive.
