Welcome To U18 CDL! All Players Must Complete this form AND the Parental Consent Form to register for U18 Esports! - Must be Age 13-18. If a U18 Player is 18 Years old and a High School Senior ( With Physical Proof ) then exceptions can be made with an Official U18 Admins Approval

\\- Players that turn *18 before Jan 06th* are NOT eligible to compete in Season 8.

- Eligibility Requirement 💼 A $10 Player Registration Fee is required for all players competing in the U18 CDL.
