ARRIVAL OF ORDERS:

- Please note that all orders will be under NETA (Normal ETA 1-2 months)

- ETA will start once Ktown4u has shipped the order which is anytime after March 31, 2023.

- ETA is subject to change depending on shipment time from Ktown4U, weather conditions, customs examination, etc.

Shipping:

- Once orders arrive in our PH address, shipping and packing will take 1-2 weeks depending on the amount of orders. No rushing of orders.

- Take note that we will not be liable for any damages/defects on sealed items. We are also not liable for any damaged and missing parcels caused by the courier. Rest assured that all items are packed safely.

Payments:

- Since this is a non profit GO, all orders will be on a PAYO basis. You need to upload your proof of payments once your order is placed to avoid cancellation.

- LSF to be paid once items are onhand.

- We will send an email or a DM once items are onhand to notify buyers of their LSF.

- We will only keep the items for 30 days once onhand, after 30 days items will be discarded.
