Quote/Booking Process
✨Please be aware that a $50.00 research fee will be required prior to completing your trip quote.
✨Why? This will hold both you and Soar Free Luxury Travels accountable, as well as compensate for the time taken to provide you with best service. Your cooperation and support is appreciated in advance.
✨Process
Step 1.Please complete the following request form.
Step 2. Once the completed form and fee has been received, research will begin for your requested travel arrangements. Please allow 4-5 business days to prepare the quote. (Saturday & Sunday may not be included)
Step 3: A completed quote will be sent to you or the group rep. You or the rep will have 5 days to accept and book. If the quote is accepted and booked then the fee WILL be applied to your trip balance. If the quote is NOT accepted by the deadline or not accepted AT ALL the research fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
