Below are important policies and procedures to keep in mind, for a smooth booking process with RADA LU :)

Pricing Policy:

-> room accommodations are currently on a per room basis (2 pax per room). Full capacity of a room will be accommodated for groups, and will incur additional charges. (ex. 4 people in a room: '2 pax' per room rate + addt'l charges for two extra persons).

Reservation and Payment Process:

After filing a reservation via Gforms, an e-mail regarding the status/confirmation of your reservation will be sent by the admin, the email includes details on your reservation's validity timeline.
Once your reservation is confirmed by admin, kindly pay within the detailed timeline in the email. Auto-cancellation of expired reservations is IN EFFECT.
All payments must be done through official payment media of RADA LU. (Presently: BPI)
NO REFUNDS will be made for wrong/late payments, only rebooking to other available dates.
After successful payment, a proof of payment is REQUIRED and shall be sent to the official RADA LU email.
After receipt and verification of proof of payment, an official confirmation letter from the admin will be sent to you via email.
-> REQUEST for rebooking of stay to another date are NOT allowed 1 week before the occupancy (check-in) date. It is also NON-REFUNDABLE.

**All reservations have an expiry/validity date, depending on how far the occupancy date is from the reservation date.

EXPIREE OF RESERVATIONS:

At least 1 week before occupancy: 2 days
Within a week from occupancy: 12 hours
