1. Shift 1

a. Bring in Tru PC 72 hours before pour to acclimate

b. Make sure adequate power is hooked up, make sure base boards are in place ½” and ¼”

c. Make sure everyone has respirator

d. Make sure all insulation is removed from wet wall before starting

e. Make sure all drains are plugged and pictures taken of plugged drain before starting

f. Door is removed

g. Demo old tile

h. Remove thin set, spray water to help with dust control

i. If using bush hammers, make sure to grease serts before and after use

j. Hand grind edges

k. Clean floor

l. Set transitions and drains (make sure gauge rake is right)

m. Caulk base

n. Mark all control joints

o. Plastic where epoxy is being mixed

p. Apply epoxy & sand, 6 inches up walls

q. Clean mixing paddle & spike shoes

2. Shift 2

a. Calculate square footage and make sure bags are ready

i. Set out bags for 10 sq ft/bag

b. Get water cold with ice

c. Clean excess sand, first sweep and shovel excess, then vacuum

d. Plastic area off work and place weather stripping if wrap around entry

e. Begin pour process

f. 15 qt/4 bags

g. Add water 15 qts to mixer

h. Have vac hooked up to hippo mixer

i. Add 3 bags while mixer is going on slow speed

j. After 3rd bag, pour in 4th bag slowly & then mix for 2 minutes after bag has been emptied

k. Pour mix into pelican and spread on floor

l. Gauge rake out but leave puddled at end

m. After gauge rake, spike roll area

n. Make sure to pour all following mixes into puddled area

o. Make sure to pull tru pc over thresholds

p. Babysit thresholds

q. Clean all tools and equipment immediately

r. Make sure bathroom dust wall is locked when leaving

s. Throw away all trash

t. Dry slurry water and tru pc (clean all tools used)

3. Shift 3

a. Cut joints using one tiger blade

b. Cut joints all the way to wall with hand grinder and start hand polishing

c. Fill joints

d. First cut with 80 metals, crosscut as much as possible

e. Clean floor between all steps

f. Polish 50’s

g. Densify- microfiber in and get full coverage

h. Polish 100s 200s

i. Densify

j. 400s

k. SR2

l. Burnish with pad 400

m. Throw away all trash and clean area
