Refund and Payment Policy

All vendors are assured a refund in the event of a cancellation caused by unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather conditions or any other situation that prevents the event from taking place as scheduled. In such cases, refunds will be processed and issued within four (4) days after the official event date.

Vendor Selection Instructions

Choose 3 if you will be participating on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Choose 2 if you will be participating for two days.
Choose 1 if you will be participating for one day.

By proceeding with your payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Vendors are encouraged to complete their payment promptly to secure their participation in the event.
