To better understand ongoing technology costs, the OAISD Technology department is undertaking a total cost of ownership study to evaluate to on-going costs of computer and related technology. In order to perform an evaluation, we need your help. A very important cost category which is not available in financial records is Indirect Labor. Indirect Labor Costs are labor expenses incurred outside of the formal or visible IS support structure; that is time spent by you in training and dealing with computer system/network problems.
