At Lakeside Loaves, every loaf is made the old-fashioned way - slow fermented, naturally leavened, and baked from scratch in my home kitchen. What started as a passion for sourdough has grown into a small community bakery, sharing fresh bread with neighbors right here in the Brighton/Howell area.
