I authorize Safeway Services Corp. to charge my credit card for all services rendered. A cancellation fee of $450.00 will be charged if the order is canceled after the truck is en route to the service location, or if the container cannot be delivered or picked up upon arrival due to site inaccessibility or customer-related issues. I personally guarantee full payment of this account. I acknowledge that dumpsters include a specified weight limit, and any weight exceeding the included limit will result in additional disposal charges, which I agree to pay. All invoices are subject to applicable taxes and a 4% fuel surcharge, which may affect the total price. I agree not to dispute charges or initiate a chargeback for services rendered, including additional charges resulting from excess weight when dumpsters are filled by me or my agents, employees, or representatives. In the event this account is referred for collection, I agree to be responsible for all associated costs, including collection fees, legal fees, and any related expenses.
