I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to the Hotville to use my image and likeness in photograph(s) and/or video(s) for use in company publications, including the company’s website and social media accounts. I grant the company permission to use, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the photograph(s) for the purpose of promoting the company and its services. I understand that I will not be compensated for the use of these photographs, and that the company is under no obligation to use the photographs I provide. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or videos or the use to which they may be applied. I also release and discharge the company, and its agents, representatives and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs. By signing this form, I consent to the use of my image in company publications and promotional materials.
