1. Entries will be accepted through Google Forms only. Senior citizens who wish to participate can fill out the Physical form available at the reception.
2. A registration fee of Rs.25/- (inclusive GST) per event for all the Sectional & Team Events and Rs.50/- (inclusive GST) each for Track & Field and Family Event has to be paid by the member participating through the google form. Those filling out the physical form will have to pay over the counter.
3. Members are requested to note that entry fees once paid will be restricted to the sport marked in the entry form, and will not be adjusted to any other sport or participant, or will not be refunded under any circumstances.
4. Entry Forms without any entry fee will not be considered.
5. Individual Sectional events will be conducted subject to a minimum of 6 entries in respective age categories. Final decision will be on the discretion of the organizing committee.
6. The age of Participants will be considered as of 26.01.2024.
Proof of age may have to be provided in case of objection.
7. Only members and their families are allowed to participate.
8. The Decision of the Referees/Organising Committee will be final.
