DTEL IPG Form - Client Phone Information

This IPG form allows us to setup, configure, and program your phone server and handsets within our staging lab to prepare for your installation.

Call Functionality Overview

How should your initial calls function? Would you like to ring all phones or specific phones? Do you want a pre-recorded message, extension listing, or auto attendant?

Please provide your hours of operation

This is a phone system feature for providing automated call answering, caller messaging and call transfers; during regular business hours.

If you selected YES for daytime auto attendant, please include the initial script or message.

This is a phone system feature for providing automated call answering, caller messaging and call transfers; after business hours.

If you selected YES for nighttime auto attendant, please include the initial script or message.

Dial by extension: Callers enter the extension of the person they want to speak with. 

Dial by name: Callers enter letters of the person's name that they want to speak with.

Dial by name: Callers enter letters of the person's first, last, or both first and last name that they want to speak with.

Your phone system can switch to nighttime or business closed mode automatically.

If you do not want all phones to ring on incoming calls, please provide a call flow in the next section.
