When is a new menu released?

A new monthly menu is released on the first Monday of each month.

When can I place an order?

The regular order form is open Monday through Wednesday while ordering is available.

When is pickup?

Orders are available for pickup on Saturdays during the scheduled pickup window.

Do you offer delivery?

At this time, DicedByCandice is pickup only.

How does catering work?

Complete the catering request form with your event details. I'll review your request and reach out to confirm availability, pricing, and the next steps.

Is there a catering minimum?

Yes. Catering orders require a minimum order amount of $150.00, and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

How far in advance should I order catering?

Please submit your request at least 7–10 days before your event.

Can I customize my order?

Customizations may be available depending on the menu item and availability.

Do you accommodate allergies?

While I do my best to accommodate requests when possible, all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens.
