What is covered by API-GBV:

Hotel Sleeping Room of $270/night plus tax (occupancy tax 14.195% & business district fee: 2.25%)

Daily Amenity Fee of $39.00 plus tax

Parking Fees of $54/night, if applicable

What is not covered by API-GBV:

Refundable Incidental Charges (room service, mini-bar, movies, etc.) of $100/night - Debit and credit cards will be charged at check-in for the amount of your stay and authorized for $100 per day to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount incurred for incidentals will be charged. The release of unused authorized amounts may take two to thirty days by your financial institution.

Early Check-in Fees of $50 - Early check-in is available upon request and based upon availability for a $50 fee plus tax.
