Hello my name is Nyisha, Nyi for short -  Your local high-school baker, part-time cookie dealer, full-time menace in the kitchen. I started selling treats because teens deserve something better than vending-machine sadness and cafeteria mystery-meat trauma. Also because I love baking and because college is expensive and I refuse to be broke. I'm basically running a tiny bakery. In My backpack? A mobile dessert shop. My friends? are basically walking advertisements.  I started this business because I love baking, I need money for college, and I honestly I love seeing people's faces when they bite something good and go "Wait ... why is this actually good?"  I wanted to make treats that teens could grab in between classes without needing to sell their soul or their airpods and with all the support maybe I can get a car that doesn't sound like it's fighting for it's life every time it starts.
