Thank you for submitting your application to the MIR Program!

To complete your application process, please follow the steps below:

Download the PDF File
- Within 3 working days, you will receive an email from the MIR Program containing a PDF file of your application form.
Review and Sign the Form
- Carefully review the information in the application form to ensure all details are correct.
- Sign the form at the designated section. You may sign digitally or by printing the form and signing by hand.
Submit the Signed Form
- If you signed digitally, save the file and attach it to your reply email.
- If you signed by hand, scan or take a clear photo of the signed form and attach it to your reply email.
Email the Signed Form Back
- Send the signed form to mir@tu.ac.th or mir.thammasat@gmail.com by March 5, 2026.
- Use the subject line: Signed Application Form: [Your Full Name].
