I will not smoke or vape in the room, nor will I tamper with the smoke alarm.

I will not consume any drugs here, including cannabis.

I will not bring any pets or animals onto the property.

I will wash all my dishes in the kitchen immediately after use.

I will maintain good personal hygiene and keep my room clean and tidy.

I will not steal or damage any property belonging to the homestay or other guests.

I understand that I can be evicted immediately without compensation from 132 Nicholson Homestay should I break any of the above rules.

Important Policies & Information:

A refundable key & damage deposit of $50 and valid ID are required to check in.

Staff reserve the right to enter rooms during a stay to check compliance with all house rules.

The designated smoking and vaping area is the front of the house only.

The landlord is not responsible for lost property. Please secure your valuables.

The TV and lounge areas will be closed after 10 PM, and no loud music is permitted.

Laundry service is available at $15 - washed, dried and folded..

Unregistered visitors are permitted only with staff approval and incur a fee of $30 per entry per day.

Check-out time is 10 AM. A late check-out fee of $10 per hour applies after 10 AM.

For check-out between 12 AM (midnight) and 6 AM, please arrange key return on the evening prior.

Early check-in fee is $10 per hour before 2 PM. Alternatively, you can drop your luggage early for $10 between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, or $20 before 8:00 AM.

Late check-in fee is $20 after 10 PM, with an additional $10 per hour after 12 AM (midnight).

Rent is not refundable under any circumstances.
