Will Chaperones be needed * If yes, ALL chaperones will be required to get a background check before chaperoning any YACS field trips. Background checks must be submitted to the front office. Only background checks from Jefferson Parish Sheriff Office are accepted. Background checks expire one year from issue date. All chaperones must check in the front office and receive a visitor pass before loading the bus.
