You are required to select one option from the three available choices.

  • 1st Course - Salad with Garlic croutons, parmesan cheese, and tahini-lemon dressing

  • 2nd Course (Each guest chooses 1)

First Choice: Jerk Chicken - Lemon butter sauce, broccolini tips, pake noodles

Second Choice: Wood Fired New York Strip Steak - Dipped in garlic, ginger, and soy and served with roasted potatoes and chef’s vegetables

Third Choice: Miso Salmon - Chimichurri, charred lemon bok choy & kimchi potatoes

Desert: Rum Ice Cream with praline sauce


Both adults and teenagers must pay for beverages. 

After dinner, you can explore the city or return to the hotel to unwind with drinks and engage in conversation.
