A wine of great purity obtained from the most important and renowned gra pe of the Verona area, Corvina Veronese. An intense, elegant and structured flavour displays the great value placed on the bond with the territory of provenance.

Training system: Guyot

Vinification: Soft pressing of the whole bunch and fermentation in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks, a long maceration in contact with the skins.

Ageing: 18 months in barriques with further development taking place in the bottle.

Colour: Intense ruby red.

Bouquet: Fruity, with notes of cherries, blackberries and plums together with hints of cinnamon and pepper.

Flavour: Soft, rounded, powerful and savoury with fine acidity, the hallmark of our morainic soil.

Food matches: Red meats, roasted or raw, matured cheeses.

Serve at 16-18°C.
