商品破損

出貨前會仔細檢查並包裝好，確保每件貨品皆在良好狀況下出貨。唯送貨途中可能會出現貨物破損，顧客於收取貨品時必須檢查所訂購之貨品是否有損毀。如發現包裝損毀，請拒絕收取貨品，並立即通知我們以作安排，過後恕不負責。

除上述商品包裝破損保障情況外，所有已出售的商品均不可退款或換貨。

如客人錯誤轉帳，本公司將不會承擔責任或客人轉賬多出的金額將有機會不獲處理。

顧客建立訂單後需在付款日期前付款，逾時訂單將被取消而不作另行通知。

在確認訂購前，請仔細閱讀該等第三方支付平台的條款與細則及私隱政策，若顧客點擊提交訂單或付款，則視為同意遵守前述條款與細則及私隱政策。

是次活動恕不設任何退換安排，不便之處敬請見諒。

Damaged Product

Items will be carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure that each item is shipped in good condition. Customers must check whether the ordered goods are damaged when receiving the goods. If the packaging is found to be damaged, please refuse the delivery of the goods and notify us immediately to make arrangements. We will not be responsible if we are not contacted within 24 hours of receipt.

Except for the above-mentioned product packaging damage protection, all sold products are not refundable or exchangeable.

If the customer makes a wrong transfer, the company will not be held responsible. Excess amounts transferred by the customer will not be refunded, please check carefully before making a transfer.

After placing an order, the customer must pay before the payment date. Overdue orders will be canceled without further notice.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have a no refund / exchange policy. All sales are final.
