Deposits go towards the total price of the camp and are non-refundable. If you would like to pay in full, a deposit is not necessary. Please see the section below for more information.

We will follow up by email as we approach the camp date regarding the remaining balance.

If you decide to pay in full, do not additionally pay a deposit. The deposit is included in this price. If you decide to cancel, you will be refunded for for everything except $150 per person per session.

Select the total number of sessions being purchased. Multiple quantities are for players joining multiple sessions and/or for siblings. $100 discount for each additional session and/ or sibling will reflect in the total. Number of sessions selected underneath should match the quantity in these fields.

Note: If you are combining overnight and day sessions, send us an email to bajoittennis@gmail.com so we can include the discounts for you with a custom payment option. Still submit the form but don't pay.

Carlos Barrón, a Professional Portrait and Sports Photographer, will be on campus and is providing a photography package of our activities to all the parents. For more information about Carlos and his work, please refer to our website.

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for everyone. In order to best care for your child during the training, we need the following information. Please fill out the form completely and accurately.

The tennis training is operated by Bajoit Tennis Academy and is not directly affiliated with Southwestern University, Schreiner University or either of their brands. Participation in the training is at your own risk. Bajoit Tennis Academy and its staff will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the training. Please consult with a doctor before participating in the training if you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate. By registering for the training, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participation and agree to abide by the academy's rules and policies. In the case of an emergency, please call 911 and notify the staff immediately.

Bajoit Tennis Academy reserves the right to send players home for misconduct and/or leaving the dorms area without permission passed lights out. Misconduct can include a wide variety of behaviors and is up to our discretion. In the event your camper is dismissed for misconduct, parents must come pick them up the same day or following morning. We reserve the right to cancel the training and issue a full refund including the deposit in the case of extreme circumstances.

Additionally, I hereby grant permission to Bajoit Tennis Academy to use any photographs or video footage taken of my child during the tennis program for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of such images in brochures, websites, and other marketing materials.

I understand that my child's image may be used in a manner that highlights his/her involvement in the tennis program and may also be used to promote future programs offered by Bajoit Tennis Academy. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

This agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives.
