ENTRY FEE: $500.00 team - $125.00 per golfer 

• Includes: Green Fees, Cart Fees, and Dinner

• Payment options; cash, debit/credit transactions, PayPal or checks made out to Mustang Club. 

• Tournament will be played in a four-person scramble format. If you do not enter a team list, you will be placed with others.

• Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams. Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive and Hole-In-One prizes will also be awarded. 

• Dinner and Raffles will follow the conclusion of the tournament.

Cancelation Policy:

1. If the golf tournament is canceled dues weather or other unforeseeable events, player will receive full refund.

2. If player cancels, 7 day notice is required to receive 50% of entry fee.

3. If player is a no show, entry fee is non-refundable.
