أقرّ وأفهم تماماً بأنني في حال تلقيت اتصالًا هاتفيًا من إدارة الفندق لتأكيد الحجز الخاص بي، فإنني ألتزم التزامًا كاملًا بسداد المبلغ المالي المطلوب لتأكيد هذا الحجز، وذلك خلال مدة لا تتجاوز ساعتين من وقت الاتصال، وأفهم أن عدم السداد خلال تلك الفترة يُعدّ بمثابة إلغاء تلقائي للحجز، كما أوافق وأقرّ بأن أي مبالغ مالية أقوم بدفعها لتأكيد الحجز تُعدّ غير قابلة للاسترداد تحت أي ظرف من الظروف، بما في ذلك حالة عدم حضوري أو عدولي عن الإقامة بعد تأكيد الحجز، وأدرك وأوافق على أن أسعار الإقامة قابلة للتغيير تبعًا لتوقيت الحجز، سواء صادف ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية أو المواسم الخاصة، وأن هذه التغييرات تدخل ضمن سياسة الفندق التي أوافق عليها صراحةً.

I fully acknowledge and understand that, upon receiving a confirmation call from the hotel regarding my reservation, I am required to complete the payment within two (2) hours of such confirmation in order to secure my booking. I further understand that failure to settle the required amount within the stated time frame will result in the automatic cancellation of my reservation. I also agree and acknowledge that any payments made toward confirming my booking are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cases of no-show or cancellation on my part after the booking has been confirmed. Moreover, I acknowledge and accept that room rates are subject to change based on the dates of stay, particularly during weekends, public holidays, or special seasons, and that such adjustments are in accordance with the hotel’s established policies, to which I hereby give my full consent.
