EUROSPORTS NETWORK TOUR CONDITIONS

In these conditions, EuroSports Network (“ESN”) represents EuroSports Network Inc., including its agents and representatives in Europe and the U.S.A.

1. Application:

* An application becomes binding upon confirmation of EuroSports Network (ESN) acceptance. All arrangements are subject to availability.

* ESN reserves the right to substitute housing accommodation or alter the program due to circumstances beyond its control. Any substitute accommodation or alternate program will meet the criteria established in the confirmation of acceptance.

2. Tour Payments:

* A non-refundable deposit of US$ 500.00 per person is required upon booking.   

* The remaining amount must be paid according to the payment schedule.   

* ESN reserves the right to void bookings in cases of serious payment delays. In such instances, ESN will refund received payments minus cancellation fees (see Section 4).

3 Rate of Exchange:

 * Tour costs are based on the US$ to Euro exchange rate in September 2025. Costs may fluctuate based on changes in the exchange rate. Eventual surcharges must be paid with the final payment.

4. Cancellation:

All cancellations must be made in writing. The effective cancellation date is the day ESN receives the notification.

 * Cancellation charges are US$500.00 per person plus any additional costs incurred by ESN regarding its obligations to suppliers (e.g., airlines, bus companies, accommodations, and sports clubs).

5. Passport:

* All participants must possess a valid passport. The passport fee is not included in the tour costs.

6. Exclusion from Participation:

* ESN reserves the right to exclude any participant due to serious behavior, with no refund for the unused portion of the tour.

* Serious or unacceptable behavior includes violations of tour regulations, housing accommodations, transportation companies, and responsibility for any damages incurred during the tour.

7. Sport Program:    

* ESN acts as an intermediary and will carefully prepare the sports program. Neither ESN nor the hosting sports club accepts responsibility for the omission or partial omission of the program due to circumstances beyond its control, such as adverse weather conditions.

8. Responsibility and Liability: 

* ESN, its coaches, and hosting sports clubs have limited responsibility. ESN acts as an agent for tour matters such as meals, transportation, accommodations, sightseeing, social and cultural activities, and sports programs.

* ESN is not responsible for personal injury, illness, death, loss, damage, or theft of belongings caused directly or indirectly by various factors, including acts of third parties, natural disasters, inadequate documentation, or participation in sports activities. Participants are responsible for additional expenses incurred under these circumstances.

9. General:

* ESN assumes that participants, parents, or legal guardians agree to these conditions and any other conditions mentioned in the documentation. Engagements with ESN are presumed to be undertaken by an authorized person.
