VIBESPORTS WAIVER:
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
I, the undersigned registrant, in consideration of my participation in the
activities organized by the Organization Vibe Sports Leagues LLC,
acknowledge and agree to the following terms by registering:
1 Recognition of Inherent Risks. I understand that participation in the
program’s activities involves significant risks, including the potential for serious
personal injury. While adherence to rules, use of proper equipment, and
personal discipline may reduce these risks, the possibility of serious injury
remains.
2 Assumption of Risks. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks
associated with participation in the activities, whether known or unknown,
including those arising from the negligence of the Releasees (as defined
below) or others. I accept full responsibility for my participation.
3 Waiver and Release of Liability. I, on behalf of myself, my heirs,
assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, discharge,
and hold harmless the Organization, its officers, officials, agents, employees,
other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners or lessors
of premises used for the activities (“Releasees”), from any and all claims,
liabilities, or damages related to injury, disability, death, or loss of property
resulting from my participation, whether caused by the negligence of the
Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4 Certification. I certify that: (i) I am at least 18 years of age or have
reached the age of majority in my jurisdiction; (ii) I will comply with all stated
rules, terms, and conditions for participation; (iii) I am in good physical
condition and capable of participating in the activities; and (iv) if I believe any
conditions to be unsafe, I will immediately cease participation. In the event of
an emergency, I authorize the administration of medical treatment as deemed
necessary.
5 Indemnification. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the
Releasees from any claims, costs, damages, investigation expenses,
reasonable attorney’s fees, or related costs arising from my participation in the
activities. I further agree to indemnify and defend the Releasees against
claims from co-participants, rescuers, or others resulting from my conduct
during the activities.
6 Use of Likeness. I grant the Organization (and its designees) the right
to capture photographs or videos of me during the activities. These materials
may be used on the Organization’s website, social media, media releases, or
promotional materials. I understand that I will not receive compensation for
such use, and the images will remain the property of the Organization. My
name and identity will not be disclosed.
7 Acknowledgment and Understanding. I have read and fully
understand this Agreement. I acknowledge that by registering, I am
relinquishing significant rights, including the right to pursue claims for
damages in the event of injury, death, or loss. I voluntarily agree to these
terms and intend this Agreement to serve as a complete release of liability,
including for negligence by the Releasees, to the maximum extent allowed by
law. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain
in full force and effect.
8 Email and texting permitted. By completing this waiver, you agree to
receive operational and marketing texts ,which you may be able to opt out of.
You also agree to being added as a member to the website
www.playvibesports.com or other websites necessary for the operation of the
leagues as deemed by Vibe Sports Leagues LLC. With this, you agree to have your contact information shared with other players in the league and with management of the league.
9 Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire
understanding between me and the Organization regarding the subject matter
herein. It supersedes all prior oral or written agreements and cannot be
modified by any representations or statements made by agents, employees,
or volunteers of the Releasees. This Agreement is intended to be as broad
and inclusive as permitted by applicable law.
REGISTRANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By registering, I confirm that I have read this Assumption of Risk and Release
of Liability Agreement, understand its terms, recognize that I am giving up
substantial rights, and agree to it freely and voluntarily without inducement.
VIBESPORTS CONCUSSION WAIVER
For VIBESPORT LEAGUES, ensuring participant safety is paramount. While our programs involve minimal
contact and the risk of concussions is low, we require you to review and acknowledge our concussion
safety policy below.
What is a Concussion?
A concussion is a traumatic brain injury (TBI) resulting from a bump, blow, or jolt to the head, or a body hit
causing rapid head and brain movement. This can make the brain bounce or twist within the skull, leading
to chemical changes and potential damage to brain cells.
The CDC estimates up to 3.8 million concussions occur annually in the U.S. through sports and
recreational activities.

If any player in our league has a blow to their head and is suspected of a concussion, VibeSports League
may remove the player from the contest. Ultimately, it is each registrants decision to resume playing in
case of injury included a potential concussion
VibeSports Pledge:
VibeSports Leagues offer adults a fantastic way to stay active, build camaraderie, and enjoy healthy
competition. Adult leagues are designed to promote fun, fitness, and positive social connections.
However, negative behaviors such as excessive pressure, unsportsmanlike conduct, or derogatory
remarks can undermine the experience for everyone involved. Our league has a zero-tolerance policy for
unruly behavior, mean-spirited comments, or disrespect toward players, teams, or officials. We are here to
foster a supportive environment where healthy competition thrives.
To ensure our league remains a welcoming and enjoyable space, we ask all participants to take the
following pledge, committing to sportsmanship and positivity.
VibeSports League Sportsmanship Pledge
I, a participant in this adult league, commit to prioritizing fun and fostering a positive experience for all. I
will support my teammates and opponents alike, regardless of the game’s outcome. I pledge to avoid
negative or derogatory language toward o ffi cials, other players, or teams. I will encourage healthy
competition, model respectful behavior, and contribute to a welcoming environment that makes this
league enjoyable for everyone.
In addition,If ANY player from my team is removed by VibeSports Leagues, I understand the ENTIRE
TEAM will be removed for the remainder of the season with NO REFUND. This is to ensure that a team
will keep their own players following our sportsmanship pledge.
VibeSports Registration agreement
As a participant in VibeSports League, in consideration of being permitted to engage in events and
activities organized by VibeSports Leagues, I agree to and acknowledge the following terms:
● All registration fees and deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
● There are no guarantees regarding the number of games or the amount of playing time for any
participant.
● I understand that the primary objective of VibeSports League is to provide an enjoyable and
positive experience for all participants. If the experience does not meet the expectations outlined
during registration, I will promptly notify the league director in writing, allowing them the
opportunity to address my concerns.
● I acknowledge that VibeSports League will not reserve a spot on a team or schedule until full
payment has been received.
● I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and policies established by VibeSports League, its
affiliates, and authorized representatives.
● I commit to fostering healthy competition and a supportive environment in regards to unruly
behavior, derogatory comments, or disrespect toward players, teams, or o ffi cials, as VibeSports
Leagues has a zero tolerance for this.
● If ANY player from the team is removed by VibeSports Leagues, the ENTIRE TEAM will be
removed for the remainder of the season with NO REFUND. This is to ensure that a team will
keep their own players to follow our sportsmanship pledge.
I have read this registration agreement, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to its conditions,
recognizing that I am waiving certain rights by signing it.
