IDCTA Voluntary Car Expenses Form

The amounts to be retained by the driver and to be collected from the passenger are automatically calculated from the distances and any expenses entered below. Once the journey is complete please submit the form. A copy will be sent to your entered email address as well as to the Office once submitted.

Where the total journey including drivers’ mileage to passengers’ home and back will be 6 miles or less, enter 3 into the box below as this is our minimum mileage charge. This will be doubled by the calculator to 6 miles

Expenses *

Any expenses incurred by the driver in undertaking the journey eg car parking tolls etc. eg. add as 1.50 for £1.50 Enter 0 if there are no expenses.

Driver Charge Calculation automatically doubles the mileage entered to allow for the return journey. This is the amount the driver can retain to cover his expenses in compliance with HMRC for up to 10,000 miles of voluntary driving

Booking Fee * Mandatory £3.60 booking fee to be added to driver charge to contribute to administrative costs in arranging journey. The driver is to pay the booking fee into the office every 4 weeks.

Total Charge to Passenger

If necessary round to the nearest whole penny. Driver to retain all of the Driver Charge and is to pay into the office every 4 weeks any booking charges collected.

If the passenger overpays and wished the over payment to be donation towards the running of our Charity please enter the amount donated below. The office will add up any donations at the end of the month and will ask for this amount to be added to the money collected for the booking fees. Enter the amount say £1.50 as 1.5 in the text box.
