We’re thrilled to share some exciting news with you! Trail Hero is turning 10 this year, and we’re making some incredible changes to take the event to the next level. Due to the amazing growth and support we’ve seen from you—our valued vendors, sponsors, and participants—we’re relocating to a brand-new site that’s bigger, better, and more accessible than ever!  

Introducing the New Home of Trail Hero: The Washington County Fairgrounds in Hurricane, Utah!  

This year’s 10th-anniversary event will be the biggest and best Trail Hero yet, and here’s why the new site is a game-changer:  

**Flat Asphalt Surfaces**: Say goodbye to challenges of activating in sand or uneven terrain. The fairgrounds provide smooth, flat asphalt and compact dirt for a cohesive and seamless vendor experience.  

**Double the Vendor Space**: With twice the space, there’s room for more activations, experiences, and growth opportunities for our vendors and sponsors.  

**Improved Accessibility**: No more navigating the state park gates, tunnels, or limited and challenging parking. This location is easily accessible and highly visible from the Hurricane highway, ensuring maximum exposure and convenience.  

**Prime Camping Opportunities**: With over 200 primitive and 70 hookup campsites right on the property, attendees can stay closer to the action all week long.  

**Convenient Trail Access**: While the main event moves to the fairgrounds, Sand Mountain trail lineups will take place right in the fairgrounds parking lot, only 5-10 minutes away from Sand Hollow State Park. Front gate access and trailer parking will not be an issue this year.

This year’s mega event will be a weeklong celebration of off-roading, competitive events on Sand Mountain, live viewing areas, an expanded vendor show, amazing Utah food vendors, live music, and more!  

We know change can be big, but we promise this move is all about making Trail Hero even better for YOU. This new location gives us the freedom to create an unforgettable experience while addressing past challenges like parking limitations and sand-related obstacles.  

We can’t wait to welcome you to the Washington County Fairgrounds and celebrate a decade of Trail Hero with you. Get ready for the most epic year yet!
