APPLICATION DEADLINE: MONDAY, APRIL 13, 2026, AT 12:00 PM
RESPONSES WILL BE SENT BY FRIDAY, APRIL 24, 2026
Dates: Friday and Saturday, June 5–6, 2026
Vendor Fee: $150 or 25% of gross sales, whichever is greater.
Vendor Spaces: The festival will provide each Boutique Market vendor with a 10' × 10' space under a covered structure. All vendor spaces will be located within the festival grounds in an area designated as the Boutique Market, near Cathead Distillery in downtown Jackson. Specific Boutique Market vendor locations will be determined by festival management.
Banners: The festival will provide a banner identifying each vendor’s business, which will be hung above head level on the front of each booth. Vendors are not permitted to hang any banners on the front of their booth but may display signage inside their booth.
Electricity: The festival will provide limited 120V household-type electricity for each vendor. Stand-alone individual generators are prohibited.
Mississippi State Sales Tax: At the conclusion of the festival, vendors will be required to remit 8% Mississippi State/City of Jackson sales tax to the festival organizer for submission to the Mississippi Department of Revenue.
Submission of an application does not guarantee a space. Vendors will be selected based on those we believe will best serve our guests.
