Cancellation Policy

At Bounce Boss, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our clients. To ensure fairness

and maintain a high standard of service, we have established the following cancellation and late policies:

Single Classes:Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. Failure to do

so will result in forfeiting 100% of the amount paid for the single class.

If a client is late for a class, they will forfeit the amount paid for that class, as we are unable to

accommodate late arrivals.

1. Class Packages:For clients who have purchased a package of classes, if a class is missed due

to a late arrival, no-show, or failure to cancel 24 hours in advance, one class from the package

will be deducted.

2. Membership:Clients with a membership must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled

class time to avoid any charges. If a class is missed or the client is late, a $25 fee will be applied

for each missed or late class.

We understand that emergencies happen, but please be mindful of our policies, as they help us maintain

a smooth and fair operation for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Waiver and Release of Liability:

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that bungee fitness involves physical activity that may carry

inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, serious neck or spinal injuries, paralysis,

permanent disabilities, illness, injury to bones, ligaments and muscles, including death, injury,

falls, equipment malfunction or accidents. I acknowledge that participation in bungee fitness

classes is voluntary, and I assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries known or unknown

associated with my participation in these activities. I voluntarily agree to participation the activities

and assume responsibility for the losses, costs and/ordamages following such injury, disability

paralysis or death, even if caused in whole or part, by the negligence of Bounce Boss INC,

Owners, Operators, Directors and all employees.

2. Health and Physical Condition: I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical

conditions or physical impairments that would restrict or prevent me from safely participating in

bungee fitness activities. I understand I must be between 90lbs-275lbs and over 16 years of

age to participate. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional

prior to participating if I have any concerns about my physical condition.

3. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Bounce Boss INC], its instructors,

staff, and any associated entities from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, or damages arising

from my participation in bungee fitness classes or related activities. This includes, but is not

limited to, any personal injury, illness, or property damage that may occur.

4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bounce Boss INC, its instructors, staff,

and any associated entities from any claims, lawsuits, damages, or losses resulting from my

participation in bungee fitness activities.

5. Understanding and Compliance: I understand that it is my responsibility to follow all

instructions, safety guidelines, and policies provided by the instructors and staff during bungee

fitness classes. I agree to inform the instructor of any discomfort, injuries, or concerns that arise

during the class.

6. Photo and Video Release: I grant Bounce Boss INC permission to take photographs or video

recordings during classes for marketing or promotional purposes, which may include use on

social media, websites, and other platforms. I understand that my identity may or may not be

disclosed.

7. Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize

Bounce Boss INC to provide first aid or seek medical treatment as necessary. I agree to be

responsible for all associated medical costs.

8. No Show / Cancellation Policy: I acknowledge and agree to the business's cancellation policy,

including fees or penalties for late cancellations or no-shows, as outlined by Bounce Boss INC.
