APPLICATION DEADLINE: SUNDAY, MAY 4, 2025

Date: Friday & Saturday, June 6 - June 7

Vendor Fee: $150 or 25% of gross sales, whichever is greater.

Vendor Spaces: Show will provide each Boutique Market vendor with a 10' x 10' space under a covered structure.  All vendor spaces will be located within the festival grounds in an area designated as the Boutique Market which will be near Cathead Distillery in downtown Jackson.  Specific Boutique Market vendor locations will be determined by festival management.

Banners: Show will provide a banner that identifies each vendor's business.  The banner will be hung above head level on the front of each booth.  Vendors will not be permitted to hang any banners on the front of their booth.  Vendors may hang signage inside their booth.

Electricity: Show will provide limited 120v household-type electricity for each vendor. Stand-alone individual generators are prohibited.

Mississippi State Sales Tax: At the end of the show, vendors will need to complete a form for MS Sales Tax and will be required to remit 8% Mississippi State/City of Jackson Sales Tax to festival organizers for submission to the Mississippi Department of Revenue.

Submission of an application does not guarantee a space.  We will select vendors who we think will best serve our guests.
