Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at Trail Hero and Trail Hero Music Fest, scheduled to take place from September 29 to October 4, 2025. Please find the application form below, and kindly fill out all necessary details to be considered for a vendor space at this exciting event. We look forward to reviewing your submission.

TRAIL HERO KICK OFF PARTY
Monday Night Only - 2,000-4,000 registered trail riders between 4pm-9pm at the Resort Rock Bowl

  • Kick Off Party Title $5,000
  • Kick Off Party Booth w/Car Display $1,200
  • Kick Off Party Booth $850
  • Kick Off Party Water Sponsor $650 + Cost of Water
  • 20x20 Booth with Two Car Display at Booth or on the Rocks - $1800
  • 20x40 Booth with Two Car Display at Booth or on the Rocks - $2300
  • 6 Days - Morning Registration - Sand Hollow Grille Mon-Sat $400 / $650

TRAIL HERO VENDOR VILLAGE & MUSIC FEST
Set Up: Tues/Wed 3pm-7pm (Set Up NO later than 12pm on Wed) 
Thursday-Saturday: 3pm-7pm (Optional during the THMF concert 7pm-11pm) 
Saturday: Cannot pack up and leave before 10pm or a fine of $500 will be applied to your following year's registration fee.

  • Vehicle Display "For Sale" - Parking Space All Week $150 / $250
  • UPGRADES: $200 for Shade Spot facing the Lake with shade
