Other Terms & Conditions

  1. Order is confirmed only when full online payment is made.

  2. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. No refund shall be entertained.

  3. No orders will be accepted or processed after 17 Jul 2026.

  4. While we plan to arrange prompt shipment for books to be picked up during the back-to-school period, we shall not be responsible for delays due to stock availability from the publishers, and unforeseeable and uncontrollable conditions, including but not limited to, war, logistics disruption, act of God, etc. For any item(s) that become unavailable, a refund would be arranged.

  5. Under the unforeseeable and uncontrollable condition that order fulfilment becomes not feasible, we would update the customer as soon as possible, cancel the order and arrange a full refund as appropriate. We shall not be responsible for any loss, liability or obligation in this case.

  6. If customer fails to collect the book(s) ordered within 90 days after collection notice is being sent out, the book(s) would be disposed without any compensation.

  7. If there is any dispute, Wiswoods Limited reserves the rights for final decision.
