Payment: After you fill out this order request, we will charge the credit card on your online account and email you a receipt. Prices here include GST.
If you do not have a Bend account (i.e. you're a family member or friend wanting to make an order for a student or yourself, please send an e-transfer with payment to bendacroacademy@gmail.com and indicate in the memo the same order name you're putting on this form).
Pickup: Items will be available for pick up from the studio by the second week of December. If you plan to use your items as a holiday gift and do not want your items given to your dancer, there is a checkbox at the bottom to specify your pickup preference.
