APPLICATION DEADLINE: SUNDAY, MAY 4, 2025
Date: Friday & Saturday, June 6 - June 7
Vendor Fee: $250 or 25% of gross sales, whichever is greater.
Menu: Only approved items can be sold. Vendors must post menus at the show that include prices for each item.
Drinks: We expect to have an exclusive beverage sponsor. If so, vendors will not be permitted to sell products that compete commercially with that sponsor's products. Drink sizes and prices of the sponsor's products will be determined by show management. Vendors are encouraged to be creative with other drinks of various flavors and varieties like teas and lemonades. Vendors are not permitted to sell any drinks that include alcohol. Vendors will need to provide their own ice.
Vendor Spaces: Vendors may use their food truck or food trailer to sell to guests. All vendor spaces will be located within the festival grounds at a Food Court adjacent to Cathead Distillery in downtown Jackson. Food vendor locations will be determined by festival management. Please tell us how long your food truck/trailer/tent is (including tongue) and send a photo of it along with your application.
Electricity: Show will provide electricity for each vendor. Vendors must provide their amperage and voltage requirements along with photos of all plug configurations and the length of your electrical cable if they are not standard 120v household-type plugs along with your application. Stand-alone individual generators are prohibited.
Water: All vendors will share a single potable water source. Vendors will need to make their own arrangements to dispose of grey water.
City of Jackson Fire Inspection Permit: All vendors with food trucks or trailers will be required to have a current City of Jackson Fire Inspection Permit. If you don't have one, you can contact the City of Jackson Fire Marshal, Percy Evans, at pevans@city.jackson.ms.us or (601) 960-2018 to setup an appointment for the inspection.
Mississippi State Sales Tax: Vendors will need to complete a form for MS Sales Tax. At the end of the show, vendors will be required to remit 8% Mississippi State/City of Jackson Sales Tax to festival organizers for submission to the Mississippi Department of Revenue.
Insurance: Each vendor is required to have a commercial general liability insurance policy with $1M per occurrence limit and $2M aggregate. Furthermore, each vendor must name several parties as additional insureds on their commercial general liability insurance policy (complete additional insureds information will be provided to invited participants).
